Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner required
Previous Long-Term Care (LTC) experience considered an asset
Current BLS/CPR certification required
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 3–6 month contract (with possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:
Nurse Practitioners are required to adhere to the scope of practice as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide primary and ongoing medical care to residents in a long-term care setting
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications as appropriate
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Support chronic disease management and preventative care initiatives
Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation
Provide education and clinical support to residents, families, and staff
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
